I am 26, live in Loughton, Essex, I’m a personal trainer specialising in strength training and have a background in rugby and strongman.  I stopped playing rugby when I was 19 and I competed in under 90kg strongman until I was 24 reaching national and international competitions.  Rugby and strongman certainly takes its toll on your body, and over the years I’ve learnt about how to rehab and train around injuries, and boy I’ve had a lot of them.  I haven’t competed in but do enjoy dabbling in calisthenics, powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, and crossfit, and I use training methods from each of these sports with my clients.
