This Girl Can. . .

I came up with the idea of holding a workshop regularly about making women feel strong, helping them feel confident with their body, how to overcome their fears and start to believe in themselves.

I want to create SUPERWOMEN!! The first time you achieve an advanced exercise, you will feel empowered and no one can stop you!

If I have enough people for both group I will hold a *beginner and **advanced workshop, otherwise everyone will be together.

*Beginner workshop:
Learning basic exercises and how to do them correctly, like push-ups, squats, lunges, beginner core exercises and so on.

**Advanced workshop:
More challenging exercises like handstand, pistol squats, gymnastic ring exercises but you DON’T have to be good at these! I will be there to help you with the RIGHT exercises.
